thoughts on PFE? 6% dividend and seemingly undervalued at the moment

I'm thinking REITs are my rookie mistake, many of us have made.

Ouch I hold 3 of these. I have been reducing my REIT holdings.

On your valuation page, have you considered adding more columns in or near the current price / difference / margin of safety table? 1) I think it should calculate the current margin just like it calculates the difference 2) column each for 10% and 15% and maybe more showing YES/NO if the margin is at least that amount 3) maybe a column to type in a percentage if you want to interact during the video and "test" addition margin percentages like 5% or 30% Just a thought. I own it @4.9 hope to get more under 4. I think it will survive. I have been a paramedic for 19 years and believe i know how essential hospitals are in a society. Yes lots and lots of unknowns here but the havoc it will create if hospitals after hospitals gets shut down. Politicians will struggle to win elections again. Yes i know this is a bit easy to think. But steward will be taken over by somebody else and cash will start again eventually. I am willing to risk some alpha on this one. I can afford that and i am willing to take that risk.

Great video, I agree with most stocks mentioned, the only exception is MPW. Things can only improve and the worst scenario has been priced in. I see no dividend cut, I actually see a div increase at some point when the release is resolved.

MPW - why would we think that the dividend would be cut....they're handling the debt and have enough cash for the near term debt. I don't agree at all on this stock....go ahead and sell and I'll continue to collect my dividends (almost $600 in July)

Pypl should in theory outperform the S&P 500 if they can maintain middle single digit growth, with their buyback yield alone at 9% that’s just short of the 10% average. 9% buybacks plus a bit of slow growth, it should at least perform the same as the S&P in the worst bear case.

Personally oving VICI a ton at current prices, PLD one from the list I like a lot. Great stuff man, keep it up!

EQIX is a good company but trading at fair value AFFO (26.6.24, factset data).

REXR has most of it's real estate in south CA where businesses are leaving due to bad policies from the state (tax, high minimum wages, high community fees, high rents, crime, zombies ...).

Avoid the “until it’s too late” headline nonsense. It makes you look like a scammer. You are better than that.

yeah lost so much from 200 to 100 trying to catch this falling knife. Chinese stocks aren't priced according to business fundamentals, they are priced according to politics. buying alibaba is like buying russian stocks months before the invasion. didn't work out well.

Can you please do a deeper dive of KOF? Maybe touch on the business model (how they are different from KO) and what narrative has driven the price down so much over the years

I did a nice swing trade in POOL last year, making 8-9% in 5-6 months. I know POOL essentially has a monopoly on pool products, at least in the US. So, revenue is heavily tied to the economy. When times are good, people will buy and maintain pools. When times are tough, people won't buy new pools and may not use the pool they have. So, if we have a recession incoming, POOL will do poorly. When the economy recovers, this company should do well.

Those who grabbed Walmart at $60, plant those shares in your hold forever portion! I love Starbucks below $80 as well.

I have a small position in BTI with the expectation of growth in emerging markets. The dividend is nice, too, but increasing regulation in developed nations is a concern.

I grabbed quite a few shares of SBUX during the recent pullback. I think the company will turn around over the next year or two and the share price will recover.
